Research Use Only (RUO) Compliance

All affiliate promotions must accurately represent the intended research-use-only nature of the products.

• All products are strictly for laboratory research use only.
• Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, or diagnostic procedures.
• Affiliates must clearly state on their promotional channels that all promoted products are strictly for research purposes.
• Any promotion that suggests or encourages human use may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Commission Structure

Affiliate commissions are calculated based on qualified net sales generated through the affiliate's approved referral activity.

• Affiliates begin with a promotional commission rate of 15% on net sales.
• Net sales exclude shipping fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts.
• The 15% rate applies until the affiliate earns $1,500 in lifetime commissions.
• After reaching $1,500 in lifetime commissions, the affiliate's commission rate will automatically change to the upgraded 20% rate.

Minimum Payout Threshold

• Affiliate payments are issued monthly.
• Affiliates must have a minimum available balance of $100 to receive a payout.
• Balances below $100 will roll over to the following month until the minimum threshold is reached.

Restricted Promotional Methods

Affiliates are expected to promote Blockchain Amino Labs responsibly, accurately, and without misleading or unauthorized representations.

AFFILIATES MAY NOT:

• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertisements.
• Make false or unverified claims about our products.
• Bid on the Blockchain Amino Labs name, trademarks, or branded keywords through search engines such as Google or Bing.
• Create websites, social-media profiles, or accounts that impersonate Blockchain Amino Labs or appear to be official company accounts.
